Welcome to Crumbs and Corkscrews,
In a previous life, I ran my own award-winning cake design business right here in the Cotswolds. But when it was time to go back to the 9-to-5, I couldn’t hang up my apron strings completely, and so the blog began.
Crumbs and Corkscrews was established in 2012 as a way to share easy, delicious and addictive baking recipes with a sprinkle of travel to inspire and delight.

My professional background has given me experience working in the food and drink industry, both as a retailer, recipe developer and a designer.
