Once Upon A Cocktail – The Evil Queen

“Mirror, mirror on the wall… who is the fairest one of all?” Beautiful, deceptive and surprisingly innocent – the Evil Queen is a ruby-red mocktail made with zero-proof bourbon for body and warmth without the bite, and apple juice and summer berries for that jewelled glow. Sweet, balanced and non-alcoholic – it looks dangerously indulgent but tastes of pure autumn magic.

Once Upon A Cocktail – Ursula

Poor Unfortunate Soul is my cocktail homage to Disney’s most theatrical villain – Ursula – seductive, mysterious and impossibly glamorous. This isn’t your typical gin sour. It’s depths of botanical gin kissed with elderflower and black raspberry, topped with the most gorgeous iridescent foam. Think underwater cave meets high-end cocktail bar, with a golden shell necklace catching the light and pearls scattered like stolen treasure.

A dark magenta gin and rum cocktail in a coupe glass as cherry smoke curls dramatically around it while the cloche is lifted, captured by Lou Carruthers in moody, candlelit tones.

Once Upon A Cocktail – Maleficent

Some cocktails whisper; this one commands the room. Maleficent, the Mistress of All Evil, is a darkly elegant twist on a classic gin sour, structured with rum, damson liqueur, and morello cherry, wrapped in cherry smoke and glowing with deep magenta magic. It’s smooth, regal and impossibly powerful – a drink that captures the moment before the spell breaks.

Centre Court Sipper – Summer Cocktail

Summer’s calling and it’s bringing a long, tall glass of something chilled and refreshing to sip while you settle in to watch a little Wimbledon! The Center Court Sipper is my ode to British summer afternoons – light, floral and just a little bit special. With elderflower, a touch of citrus and the Reverend Hubert Summer Cup as its base. It’s easy to make and even easier to enjoy in the sun!
